I’m Kay, but I could be you or the person behind you or the person to you left… you get the idea – I represent everyone who believes a healthy diet is the key to a healthy life.  I am always telling my friends – you need to eat organic, we need to stop GMOs from getting into our food supply, we need to treat and pay people fairly.  My friends would joke, “Kay you have such strong views you should run for Congress!”

So, while I am not ready to run for congress yet, this site will serve as a platform for me to talk about the things that are important to me and I believe important to most average Americans- eating healthy food, feeling and looking your best, and treating people and the planet fairly.  Who knows, with enough grassroots support at this site, maybe this Kay really will run for Congress one day!

I want to build a healthier me and a healthier community for my friends and family. I think it is important to eat local and organic food because it’s healthier for our bodies and for our communities. I also think it’s important for everyone to get exercise- even those who are naturally thin and fit. Exercise has improved all areas of my life and I wish for everyone in my community to reap its benefits. Exercise not only makes you physically stronger, it makes you mentally stronger too! I think exercise is an important part of a strong community.
